Why now. Retail capital is moving into private markets about twice as fast as public markets, and it is projected to roughly triple by 2032. The demand is real, and it is early.

Why it was not mainstream, and what changed. The old way cost $15K to $25K, took weeks, meant 11 vendors, and only made sense above a $5M raise. The new way is one platform, five days, and works starting around $500K. Co-GP was the old workaround, and Seth explains why it is dead.
